Wool or Man-made carpet?
Wool based carpets retain their appearance better over time but man made fibres can aid with stain removal
Do you offer free fitting?
Nothing in life is free. We do not hide any costs and are happy to explain everything to you.
Can I borrow samples to view them at home?
All of our samples can be borrowed. We do not take your name or address so you will not get hassled once you have left the shop. We would like to have them back at some stage though!
Do I need to replace the underlay?
Good quality underlay extends the life of your carpet and makes it much more comfortable underfoot to. We will not encourage you to buy anything you do not have to. We will simply advise you and leave the final decision to you.
